Policies & Guidelines

The following policies ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all athletes, parents, and coaches. By joining Volley Vibes Club, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Code of Conduct

Athletes must show respect to teammates, opponents, coaches, referees, and facilities.

Parents/Guardians are expected to support athletes positively and refrain from unsportsmanlike behavior.

Coaches will act as role models, providing a safe and encouraging environment.

2. Attendance & Commitment

Athletes are expected to attend practices, games, and tournaments regularly.

If unable to attend, parents/athletes should notify the coach in advance.

The Return policy is totally decided by club management and is different on a case-by-case basis.

Consistent attendance helps with skill development and team success.

3. Health & Safety

Safety is our top priority. Athletes must follow coach instructions at all times.

Injuries must be reported immediately to a coach or staff member.

Parents must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.

4. Respect & Inclusion

The club is committed to providing an inclusive environment free from bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

Any incidents should be reported to the Club Director or Head Coach.

Zero tolerance for abusive behavior (verbal, physical, or online).

5. Social Media & Media Use

The club may post photos/videos of athletes on official platforms (website, social media) with parental consent (see Photo/Video Consent Form).

Parents and athletes must avoid posting negative comments about teammates, coaches, or referees.

Respect privacy, do not tag other players without permission.

6. Communication

Primary communication will be through email, team apps, or the official website.

Parents are encouraged to address concerns respectfully with coaches outside of practice/game times.

For unresolved issues, concerns may be escalated to the Club Director.

7. Equipment & Uniforms

Athletes are responsible for bringing proper volleyball gear (knee pads, shoes, water bottle, etc.).

Club uniforms must be worn for official games and tournaments.

Lost or damaged uniforms may require replacement at the parent’s expense.

8. Disciplinary Action

Failure to follow these policies may result in:

1. Verbal warning from the coach

2. Temporary removal from practice/game

3. Meeting with parents and club leadership

4. Suspension or removal from the program (in serious cases)

9. Acknowledgement

By registering with Volley Vibes Volleyball Club, parents/guardians and athletes acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
